Art therapy is an established form of therapy, and has helped many people, especially those whom find it difficult to vocalise their thoughts.
Art therapy is for all, even if you don’t see yourself as ‘artistic’ or creative’. It is not a process with a critique at the end; it is a personal journey using art as a medium.
Art therapy isn’t just painting or drawing, it can be any creative expression, dance, music, photography and many more.
